Windows Standard User Environment Variables

The following command can be run from a standard Windows Command line or Powershell instance. It will allow a standard user to edit their environment variables without having to be an administrator. It will not allow users to edit the system variables.

rundll32 sysdm.cpl,EditEnvironmentVariables
